As the next major destination was the Königssee, I had to follow the Inn river through the valley to avoid going over the mountains.
This meant it would be flat and I would get a lot of distance covered.
Not before I took another look at Innsbruck in the morning.
From Innsbruck it was all through the valley along the Inn and the highway.
For 70 km not much happened until the castle of Kufstein emerged in front of me. I had been here as a kid.
The old town was small but nice.
The evening gave me a great atmosphere for my lonely ride.
At some point I had re-entered Germany. I should have realized it when the river became perfectly straight.
The best of the day however was the awesome camping spot I got.
I went to bed early because the goal is to reach the Königssee 115 km away tomorrow.
