Initially we still had to follow the main road, but soon it became greener.
At the water we stopped for an extended breakfast.
Soon we crossed the surprisingly beautiful town of Esztergom.
The bike trail got more comfortable the closer we got to Budapest, with a lot of nice views of the river and the surrounding hills.
In the afternoon I was closing in on the center. We had separated shortly after entering the city because I wanted to take a lot of pictures in sunset.
Budapest obviously is a huge town with many different areas.
Near the center there was even a nice and quiet section with a camosite in the backyard.
There I found my friends and everybody went to bed early.
