Otherwise it was not a very eventful day and I stayed in Bordighera for the night.
The next day I reached France. Menton, the first town of the French Riviera, was already very impressive.
Around the corner there was Monaco.
After soaking in the harbour flair with the impressive yachts for a while, I obviously went for the Formula 1 track. Of all the tracks that I'm passing during the trip, this is the one I can actually cycle on!
My favorite part of the track is the hairpin, here my picture and the 1992 duel between Mansell and Senna in the final laps.
It is now only 30 km to Nice.
